How to fix the Touch issue in Panasonic FZ-G1 Toughpad ,GPS conflict

Panasonic FZ-G1 has GPS serial device conflict, and Detected as Microsoft BluePoint drivers. first go to BIOS by A2 button and disable serial port GPS , save by F10 and windows , Install automated driver installation package from support website, if GPS is required, go and turn it on.

This fixed my jumping mouse on my ebay Toughpad.. Even though it's not got a GPS module, it was set to auto. Disabling it got it sorted. It was driving me nuts, can't thank you enough for posting this pal.
