Hello, I am Fraz.
I am a Software Engineer at @Google.
A switch from TCS to Amazon in 1 year, it's totally possible and today we have a very inspiring story to share with you all. In this podcast, I invited Saurabh Mishra, who made a switch from TCS ( 3.3 LPA ) to Amazon ( 35 LPA ).
Saurabh started his career in TCS with a salary of 3.3 LPA and worked there for a year. He then started applying on several platforms for different companies and finally got a call from Amazon and cracked the interview. Saurabh is working as Cloud Data Engineer and his current CTC is 35 LPA. We are going to discuss his entire journey.

Being a tcs employee I can completely releate to saurabh sir's journey and the coincidence part is even I am completing one year in tcs and trying to switch for product based companies with full preparation so hoping to to get in successfully.

TCS Bond is not Legal In India, you can totally avoid paying and put your resignation such that your LWD is a day or two after Bond Expiry date. Also see th video on Bond on LLA channel

I have 3 years experience with SAP coding language called ABAP and i really want to join a product based firm. Definitely they won't allow me for an associate role so what are the different options i can explore keeping in mind the 3 yrs experience?
I want to pursue my higher education. Even giving TCS 40 days notice period they are not releasing me. I have also ready to pay for remaining days of notice period.

Bhaiya how to prepare for Google I mean how do you get there ,needed experience or as a fresher I can also get a chance to join there of yes what should the topics to be studied deep like should study DSA as a priority .
I am a React as well node developer as I am a fresher but you can ignore my Fresher tag bcz I had move very deep into React and MERN while developing several projects I am just finding by first job sending resume to company and all that the Fresher does but my dream is to achieve that dream company like Google , Facebook , Microsoft

There are some really good projects in companies like Infosys , TCS as well where one can hone his skills , but lack of growth is the biggest problem. Onsite along with job security provide some relief upto a certain extent though. We should not forget that a lot of homes run due to the employment generated by these Indian tech giants.

These so called giants are well capable of paying decent CTC. Atleast near about 10LPA. But they want bots to work at 3-4LPA.

Never to late
No, it's not late. Not at all. There are people who are 10+ years of experience but still doesn't have knowledge on DSA still they are earning lot of money.
There arey people who are 5 years of experience and start learning DSA. There are Students who are in college and master the DSA. So there are all type of people around us. They are also earning money without or with DSA. Just focus on yourself and try to improve yourself in the areas where you feel that it would be helpful for you.

Hi.. I am 37. I completed MCA post graduate in 2010 from a private college affiliated by uptu in Greater Noida. I waste my 7 years in bpo sector. Now I want to move in my IT sector. I am learning Java, c and c++.
So my question is that would I be able to get any good package job? Company will hire me after the 12 years complete of my MCA pass out. Plz reply

Almost same story as mine. I am 32 and completed my BCA in 2011 but I wasted all of my time in logistic and operational sector, now I also want to move in to IT sector. Currently, I am learning Java and hoping for a better carrier in future!!
@MR SINGH some problems in our life so we change the job.. But now days not getting a small job as well. Because of age gape issue and relevant experience
You can get as long as you have appropriate skills. People at age of 40 switch their career. However, I would suggest you that learning 3 languages at a time is real hard. Focus on one language and go for python
@@nitinmittal1706 This is a major drawback of living in India. After a certain age , companies stop giving opportunities to people based on useless reasons. Theoretically, the company's management talks about its values, transparency, nation building, employment generation schemes and other bull crap but the reality is something that we all know. Indian service based MNC's are quite average to work for to say the least and their hiring policies are as redundant as their unwillingness to change with time. But you can get opportunities from the new age startups. Keep learning and keep trying. All the best.
