Message to people watching for the first time. Rules this year said your round should be anywhere between 3:00-3:40, that's why not using all of your time is NOT considered a mistake. It was a decision made to diversify the competition because some genres were difficult to fit in 3 minutes. Enjoy the battles!
imo that's a nice change, gives the artist more freedom
To further elaborate on this. Minimum 3 mins like a normal gbb round, but up to 3:30 like in German champs. And also the extra 10 seconds from last gbb is built in, giving up to 40 seconds extra you could say.
Everything sakrai said is correct, just left this for any nerds like myself who cared for a breakdown haha.

Honestly really enjoyed Mirsa's rounds, the rounds just clicked for me. Normally he's not my style but he absolutely ROCKED it this battle!
Yeah his tracks where good but he really needed that one big track to match against bizkit here

@@christianlee9360 I don’t know full details but apparently on discord, mirsa said some of his tracks were “inaudible” probably meaning that they were too messy and nobody could hear details, or something like that. and Biz obviously didn’t like that so he did this

@@carlossherif99 I mean first round Mirsa took a long time to build up his beat and overall didn't hit that hard...Bizkit's was a little bit better (didn't like his first round that much either, but I thought, that he was holding back his good rounds for the later rounds) but his shots for the second round and overall energy and beat were better than Mirsa's in my opinion

The organization in this category was impeccable, as soon as the loops entered and the battle could begin. I congratulate the entire GBB organization, which cannot be seen in the videos, but the live event was very well structured!!

BizKit absolutely killing it. Expect nothing less from the champ. Seriously up there with the loop GOATS. Mirsa’s round are definitely good. Really like the first round, second round bit less but nonetheless still a good performance. Definitely interested in hearing a Spotify version of these.
Mirsa first round is so underrated. World class. Would've been better if tightly tuned and not so much of a late build up. But sounded insane!

One thing about bizkits rounds this year is he used a lot of harsh high pitches and you u can see some people plugging their ears at times it was so intense
Sometimes, when people are plugging their ears, it's because it's the room and not the track/mix. Like when singers, plug an ear to judge their pitch better. That's why the judges were doing it at any rate. I didn't notice the audience doing it.

In fact, what my friend he did was a counter of his round against rythmind in the Florida beatbox battle 2020, when Mirsa had a tremendous round of rap and response to rythmind (Mirsa wins that battle if I remember correctly)
