Agar Fibre Connection Lagwa rhe hoto usme already ek adapter wo dete hai,cable pehle usse connect hoti hai fir uske through router me jaati hai, so no problem there, even single band router bhi use ho jata hai.

If your wifi connection is less than or equal to 100mbps, then only buy the non-gigabit port router. iF u have a connection of more than 100 mbps buy a gigabit router.(which has WAN and LAN both gigabit ) Kindly check your router has gigabit WAN or LAN. If WAN is gigabit = only wifi will get high speed . IF WAN and LAN both are gigabit = both wifi and wired get high speed. example- 2*10/100 ports .this means 2 ports that can support max 100mbps 2*10/100/1000 .. this means 2 ports supports max 1000mbps.

For your second question, convert MB to Mb or vice versa.
For the question probably max speed. Cause it depends upon your provider whether there is high traffic or low or poor cable connectivity.
