The Kiszka's are a perfect example of effective parenting. I knew this before I ever saw this video simply by seeing how the boys are during interviews. And Karen is right, it takes a lot of work, it isn't just luck. I had a coach say to me about my oldest son "great kid, something went right somewhere". I retorted..... "Excuse me........ I put a lot of work into him. Karen, & Kelly your parenting shows. congratulations.

And are highly imaginative, intelligent ,
I think both parents Dna/ genetics from gave them extra genius power in their field , because of the way they speak n express themselves
you don’t even hear that from the parents , they are highly articulate , eloquent in speaking skills !
especially Josh the way they communicate and express themselves so intelligently it’s amazing to me at that age
They were definitely hands on parents
I’m hearing mama Kiska say they had no TV whether that was a choice or not I don’t remember her saying ,but that gives the kids imagination and insight power to dig within themselves
To into more innovative thinking I believe n important things rather than just watching cartoons all day ,
they start to figure out what they can do with their mind and their hands and I noticed that from my first son because I had to go to work with my first son and my mom put TV on for him daily a lot -- versus my second son who I got to spend some time with and did not put on the TV ,and I noticed that he would entertain himself and he’s quite articulate n intelligent now and a lot of it comes from his own imagination and putting his mind to work ! No choice
I think they did a great job , amazing parents and they weren’t strict to the point where like my Italian parents were I think they were afraid of the world and they would not allow me to even have phone calls or friends to come over No fun !
when you’re too strict it is bad to do children! There needs to be a balance ...
you can’t be too lenient but you can’t be too strict ..

Thank you so much for this, it reminds me of how supportive my parents are of my choice to study theatre. They've been at every theatre performance they could get to that I was acting in. I have always been a pretty reserved kid, not super outgoing, but when I'm on stage, I feel like I can be anyone. I'm very creative and my parents have always encouraged my creativity, but I was never one to just put myself out there. I didn't stop taking myself so seriously until my junior year of high school and it wasn't because my parents didn't believe in me, it's because I didn't believe in me. Thank you so much for posting this. As someone in the arts it is so encouraging to hear more parents supporting their kids in the arts.

Mrs. Momma Kiszka, Mrs. Karen. Thank you and Bless you. You are my people. I'm truly inspired and love the work your kids are doing. Of course elated and proud for the boys and their music/group. Words cannot describe or do justice to how appreciative I am for their work and musical messages. I claimed some hope and peace back in my outlook and actions. Thank you all for being such wonderful and exquisite examples of humanity and kindness..... humility, grace and humor as well. Continued blessings and safe travels. Hope you'll consider writing a book and do so, Karen. Would love to have lunch with you if you ever find yourself in need of a lunch date in the Destin, FL area or Gainesville, FL area.

Such a spectacular Mother! She said so many things in this interview that need to be heard more often for our children. I didn’t expect that at all from this interview, but this had to the best interview she has done on this channel. Her children are so impressive and it isn’t just her sons but also Daniel and his family. I have watched several interviews with him and I could listen to him speak forever. What a “village” they all are together. Love them all so much. ❤️

Karen described my seven year old identical twins. They are so very smart and witty, yet they struggle with the ABC things. I think too that twins have inherit and unique educational challenges that current public school protocols don’t address. My daughter homeschools to avoid the labels the mainstream educational system wants to slap on them. Fortunately my daughter is relaxed and realizes that each kid learns on their own timeline.
It was nice hearing another mother describe successfully parenting twins that have a different learning style than the “norm”. The encouragement is appreciated.
    Enjoyable show. Thank you!!!

My parents were so much like this. I think a free spirit of a environment of education in arts gives people alternative careers.I think 4 kids and the job you did and still doing is amazing. Kids need support in any choice they make. I do wish I could ask questions from the viewers. I workout at the gym to GVF music everyone should try that. I admire the kids for one important reason. They have you to encourage the goals. How many kids do there own thing and fall into peer pressure. Good town good parenting. So many questions I want to ask her. It's a goal.

@@melissahagertv1315 I thought you did a decent job, and you might have been a bit loud at times, but I think it was partly because this is new for you, and partly because Karen is your friend and you talked to her like friends talk, rather than interview.
