The dangerous prayer part!!! I remember reading Job and truly understanding that God will remove anything that is not in his will AND restore it tenfold should that faith remain. I began to pray to clear anything that was not in his will for me. And when I tell you…. I felt like my life was falling apart until I checked myself and recognized that all that was happening was a result of my own prayers. I am living the breakthrough now. I didn’t realize how much I needed this podcast thank you ladies. I got engaged about a year ago, and I was so filled with excitement and joy that I started focusing so much of getting engaged and married that I became obsessed with it, but along the way God made me put mywedding on hold into focus on him and that’s what I’m doing now and you know what it feels good to not focus on my wedding and prepare myself to be God’s bride to be my husband’s wife and God’s eyes because I realize you cannot do a healthy marriage without God in the middle
I think that it’s true god did not built us to be alone but that doesn’t always mean that it will be with a man. Not every Christian woman or man ends up getting married! Not everyone is promised a husband. It’s important to have friendships in the church. It’s not good to be isolated . First time watching this pod & I loved it

8:50 made me realize how I treat myself reflects on my relationships. For me I put a lot of responsibility and pressure on myself to be perfect or close to it. I personally can’t sleep, eat or know peace unless I have a job. That’s probably why I expect my partners to be a go getter/ provider. I never realized that until now.
What God is teaching me is: shift your focus from the world to Him. God will teach you how to be His child. Obedience to God is so important. Having your focus on God will show you how God will always provide for you.
Idk why & how this video came across my timeline but God! I have always been in the church but now I am ready to walk with God 100% & have been battling with myself on transitioning into this woman. This has motivated me even more to confront my fear & just START.

As a first time listener, I love this podcast!! Love to see women in Christ have a discussion like this. I’d like to add that a lot of men don’t go back to what they are ‘done’ with because of pride. We can say that they love themselves too much to go back.. but it’s actually rooted in pride and fear of looking vulnerable. Bible says that he who loves his wife shows love for himself Eph 5:28.. and if he’s treating you wrong, that’s one sign that he doesn’t love himself..

That was me too! I was content with me and my dog and my apartment lol but God rebuilt my point of view and now I’m on the pursuit to be a proverbs 31 woman! I just recently studied the whole book of proverbs! Glory to God!

Wow this was so powerful, it brought tears to my eyes. Hearing confirmation from everything I have came to terms with in different seasons feels so good. In certain seasons you wonder if you handled it the way God wanted you too.. because for example when dealing with relationships, a person of this world may make you feel like your crazy for doing so or handling a situation a certain way. Leaving you feeling unheard and isolated. it feels good to feel heard, and understood with the way I have previously handled certain situations, this episode allowed that for me. Thank you🙏🏼.

I just want to share that for a long time I was unsaved and with my now husband. But when I got saved I moved out and had to be seperate from my man. Until we got married and began to align ourselves the way God ordained. We now have an 11 month old together and doing our best to live a way that God wants us to! Life, marriage is so much better in Gods hands than ours. God bless you ladies!
