I did ask a few days ago, but my comment appears to have been wiped. Looking at 13:29, what are those shed/depot mod buildings that you use? The UI text appears Cyrillic so I'm guessing Russian?

Yes, you are right.
The mod is a Russian mod that I've converted from tf1 for personal use in tpf2.
