a lot of us end up in this little limbo place where we exist, but not in the world. we just stay in bed and sleep the days away. im just coming out of one of those times now, and your videos have really helped ❤️ i bought all these fancy smelling products just so it'll make me excited to actually get clean. yesterday was the first proper shower i had taken in a few months. it was just usually a random soap and no love to my body. little steps are so important to keeping your mind and body healthy. i know im 3 months late to this, but just as a reminder if these feelings come back, you are loved and you are beautiful and you deserve the best ❤️ never let anyone, even yourself, make you believe anything different
Just wanted to say thank you. X i suffer with severe depression and I have just found your channel. You helped me so much. I went out and brought some shower goodies to start looking after myself. Girl talk time - first of all I just loooove you!! My BFF is literally your voice & personality twin. It’s crazy ! The first time I heard you I was so blown away. Now, as far as makeup goes, do you tend to sweat in the heat? I ask because I can’t handle all that liquid product on my face in the summer months. I do good to keep my skincare from sweating off 😂 if you find that’s a problem go for a powder foundation. I love Bare Minerals in the summer. I’m praying for ya girl. Lots of love your way 💖💞

i really suggest the garnier hair food 3-way conditioner in the hydrating aloe vera scent. smells absolutely devine and leaves your hair beyond hydrated. i have only used it as a leave-in and my curls have never looked or felt better. definitely check it out! xx

The vitamin c serum would probably be better for nighttime because vitamin c can sometimes cause you to be more prone to sunburn. Great video and I hope you feel better!

Couple Tips:
a) You can find the body shop for $4-7 at discount stores like ross, t.j. maxx, burlingtion, etc.
b) To get makeup off, you can use ponds or a cleansing balm and they are much better for your skin and the environment. If u want to use miceller water that is good for your skin too but you could try out reusable cotton rounds that you can find off of amazon.

i love mighty patch,and i can relate to not wearing makeup. i always try to be nice and smooth when seeing my man too, i think we all do
The only sunscreen I’ve used on my face that doesn’t break me out is the Bare Republic Mineral Sunscreen Gel-Lotion (not the one that says for the face, I’ve heard from Hyram that it can burn around you eyes, so I tried the body one) and it’s nice and it’s actually kind of mattifying, not greasy at all! If I touch my face during the first 20 minutes I put it on, it will pill up a bit, but if I let it sink in it’s great!

Girl I started to cry when you got teary-eyed. 18 years ago I had post partum depression with my 2nd child, and life was so challenging at the time even without PPD. It's a real chemical and hormonal problem and has NOTHING TO DO WITH HOW "STRONG" YOU ARE. If you think it's that please talk to your Dr. They can help. Sending you so much love from Florida 😘 which BTW which base is your hubby at? (Or maybe that's Tmi🤷♀️) I was just thinking I live near several bases in North Florida.
