tell kwil to try blox strap it might help , my friend had the same problem and he did that , if that doesnt work tell him to check for pc updates or out dated drivers n stuff
When freezing and lagging do a clean on the temporary files, check for updates, updates the drivers, install bloxtrap, clean your pc from any dust and check the temperature of your components to see if its overheating or not. Obs:The voice of your friend lagged so seems to be not the game i think
I used to have the same problem as kwil, my internet was perfectly fine but asoon as i open roblox it barely works idk what i did but it doesn't happen anymore
