    Tried it on an improvised oven on low heat. Over 30 mins for me did not work, it was burnt xD
    But would try again though for 10 minutes...
    I think it got burnt because I picked a different pot for an improvised oven. Might try again.

      Hi, sorry.. late reply, hindi ko pa kc nggmit ang turbo broiler s pg ggwa ng meringue, pero ang alam ko pwedeng gumawa ng ilang desserts lalo n kung gusto mo n crispy ang outside at gooey nmn ang loob ng dessert. Pero you can try it😊

      Hi thanks for watching & subscribing.. hindi ko pa po kc nasubukan lutuin ito sa microwave oven, pero sa tingin ko po ay hindi sya pwede.. matagal po kasing lutuin ang meringue, kung sa oven po kayo mabebake nito kailngn pong ibake ng higit sa isang oras. Kung sa improvised oven nmn po umabot ako ng isang oras. Ang microwave oven po kasi ay saglit lamang ang init..

      Hi po☺️ para po hindi masunog ang improvised oven po ninyo. Kc po nransan ko n kpg walang asin yung malaking kawali or kaldero n ginagamit ko bilang improvised oven ay nangingitim mo ang loob or prang sunog, mahirap n pong hugasan

      Hindi ko pa po na try gumawa nyan using air fryer, bukod po s wala akong air fryer hehe.. ang alam ko po dpat ibake sya s lutuan n pwedeng kumulob ng init sa mahabang oras.. kc matagal po sya lutuin at dpat mahinang mahina ang apoy.

      Marami po kcng factors kung bakit hindi stable ang Meringue eh, isa po ang itlog, dpat po kc room temp lang. Try lang po ulit Maam😊

      kahit po galing sa ref, mag-sstiff pa rin yan. make sure lang po na wala talaga kahit isang patak ng egg yolk or kahit anong fat or protein. pwede din po na kulang pa sa beat.

      In baking mas ok gumamit ng room temperature eggs, because it mix better with the batter and it rise easily.. kpag cold eggs kc ang gmit it will give you more time imix ito. So in making meringue mas mgndang gmitin ang room temperature egg as always

    Bakit Grams Gamit.. What about yung wlng Timbangan.. Diba dpat converted into Pieces at Cups para lahat makagawa

      Kaya po grams kasi iba iba ang dami ng white eggs s bawat egg, you can easily convert naman yung grams into cups

      Nalambot rin po, kaya after po ng pgbake s improvised oven hayaan nyo lang po s loob wag muna ilabas ng mga 30 mins. Then pglabas po ilagay agad s air tight container.. pwede po itong tumagal ng 1-2 weeks.. yung pagiging crunchy outside po cguro mga 1 weeks kaya po

      Hi thanks for watching ❤️, yes magkaiba po ang caster sugar sa powdered sugar. Ang powdered sugar po pinong pino na granulated sugar na may konting halo ng cornstarch to avoid clumping.. samantalang yung caster sugar nmn ay mas maliit ang butil sa granulated sugar

      Hi, magandang araw. Microwave oven po ba ang gamit ninyo? Kung yun po eh sa pagkakaalam ko po pwede po itong gamitin, pero hindi ko pa po natry. Pero pwede po kayong gumawa ng mas madaling version ng meringue using microwave oven, one egg lang po, kunin nyo po yung egg whites tpos haluan nyo lang pi ng icing sugar, imold at gumawa ng maliit n balls at ipasok s microwave oven for 3-4 minutes

      Mainit po kc ang temp ngaun Maam dagdag rin po yan s dahilan kya mabilis lumambot. Mgdagdag pa po kayo ng minutes. Pwede nyo pong itry ang 90 minutes or pwede po kayo maglgay ng powdered sugar. Kpg malapit n pong mgstiff peak ang inyong meringue.

      Mrami po kcng factors kung bakit hindi mgstay s pgiging crispy ang Meringue, maaring hindi stable ang Meringue mixture kya babagsak or lalambot, pwede rin nmng masyadong mababa or mataas ang temp ng inyong oven.. try nyo po na mglagay ng powdered sugar. Half po ng white sugar at half ng powdered sugar.

      Hi magandang araw, hindi ko pa natry gumamit ng brown sugar, normally kc ay white sugar ang ginagamit sa pag gwa ng meringue. Pero pwedeng pwede kang gumamit ng brown sugar, mas magbibigay ito ng mas dark na color sa iyong meringue, mas distinct na tamis at mas maaring maging lasang caramel. Happy baking😊

      Hi good day, kung sa oven bake it at 90-100 degrees Celsius for 1 hour then off mo na ang oven at stay mo lang for another 30 minutes

      Hi, i used food coloring gel, you can also try liquid food coloring pero bka maapektuhan din nito ang consistensy ng meringue. So much better if you will use gel 😊
