I remember that first time J found Maria!! She was folding towels and everytime I watched, I turned into a puddle!! She was amazing even then...many years ago. I am so excited for this video! I rewatch your old Favorites videos weekly. I play them in the background while I am working and having a particularly stressful day. Your favorites videos offer the perfect relaxing, but not sleepy atmosphere. It feels like when you talk to your friends casually about random stuff. I have started composting because I remember I saw a video from your vlog where you were showing us your garden, and I realized I would love to have a great garden like you one day. You also showed me how beautiful having a baby and raising a child could be, I never have really liked children or kids but that may just be because of my age (17). You have made me learn many lessons and shown me life is about being joyful with the small and simple things as well as exploring new ideas and trying new things. Hello from Scottsdale, AZ. My naturopath recommended 100% rose hip oil, cold-pressed in a brown glass bottle (to prolong it's shelf life). It comes with a glass dropper. I also keep it in the fridge. She said the plastic bottles have endocrine disrupters in the plastic material. But, all of my lotion comes in plastic bottles or tubs too. You just can't escape plastic. Anyway I love your videos. what you said about used/new is so true especially in more expensive areas! i live in a very affordable city where used stuff is accessible and (duh) affordable. but any time i go to seattle or anywhere in california i'm like NOPE 😂😂 i feel so blessed to live in a city where a lime is 33 cents, a starter home isn't 300k, and i can get a used pair of levis jeans for 12 bucks. i will say that making discount and thrift stores an every-other-weekend hobby made the difference. it increases my amount of time shopping, but it's true that when individual items come and go, you gotta be there when it counts!

I remember an old video of Maria I thing it was called taps for napz, or something like this, it had a sheet of beads that sounded amazing when she moved her hands and nails across them and now when she did the same on her daughter's art the sound is so similar but it's so much more meaningful. Hey Maria! As a fitness gal, I wanted to help you out if you’d like! So research shows you only need 0.7g of protein for every pound you weigh in order to start gaining muscle/toning and losing fat. So from my personal experience, I’m 135lbs so I only need 94.5g of protein a day. Easier said than done I know! Plant protein is also a hard way to get enough protein because it fills you up before you can eat enough. I suggest eating lots of meat, a protein shake or two a day. You’re doing great on phasing out foods!! I have a terrible sweet tooth so sugar is my kryptonite. I drink lots of milk which gives me protein and can satisfy my sugar cravings. Also protein balls are fun to make and eat and are a healthy, sweet snack. Will be praying for your journey, hope this helped a bit❤️

My family and I have played uno and go fish since my kiddo was able, and I related so hard to a kiddo being unable to hold cards! 😂 finding pillows or barriers to block the view of their cards they had to lay down. And then they forget what cards they have and ro check all their hiding spots while playing! That card holding device is genius!
My mom and I have been playing a fantastic game that i think Mila would LOVE called BLINK! great for problem solving, pattern recognition, quick thinking, and color, shape, number recall!!

Playing cards is the best for fun and family time! I remember loving cards as a child, from Snap! and then as I got older, sitting in on the games with great aunts playing Whist and now on multi-generational family holidays we still play games and even the teens join in games of Spoons and Ghost. I've been researching skin care for a long time and I have also found the things that work for me, the products are very minimal and have very few ingredients. I have also found that it's better to wet your face prior to putting any kind of oils or even moisturizer, your face should be moist before applying, it really helps the product absorb into your face rather than just sitting on top of it. the only oil that I use religiously is broccoli seed oil. it absorbs quickly into skin and does not leave a residue. I use it on my face mixed with no-scent cerave daily moisturizing lotion that contains hyaluronic acid. The moisture from this combination also lasts all day. I also put broccoli seed oil in my hair and its good to use as a cuticle oil because it does absorb so quickly. highly recommend!
