Windsurfing at Hookipa / Maui / Solid NNW Swell Oct. 14th 🌊🌊🌊

A solid NNW swell hit Ho'okipa the last days and consistently mast-high sets
boosted up the insane action in the water. All the best windsurfing athletes are back on Mau and are preparing for the last wave contest of the year, the famous Aloha Classic, which takes place next week. Although the waves were solid, everybody was on fire.

Bernd is out of this world here, it’s more than just a unique style, it’s like a unique attitude towards sailing in big waves, like he aims to be as one with the elements, so relaxed in the impact zone . 3:46 ATTENTION windsurfers, photographers and PWA and everyone.
NEVER ever ever cut a windsurfer that is about to go out whitewater. This massive mistake is done by many people for many years within the windsurfing community. 99% of the windsurfing viewers want to see that. Baptiste here either made it and that would be a massive learning experience for every non professional around the world or he wouldn't make it which would make for an amazing wipeout footage.
