playing to win > playing to survive if you are climbing through the elos. If you know you are same skill as your opponent and countered, fleet is a good choice, but tempest is better than his opponents most of the time

@@VPraetorian makes sense, i choose fleet all the time cuz opponents in iron are like hell, but teamates are worse, i choose pta from time to time but i choose fleet against my heardest counters only, i never actually focused on conq describing, does it give like stacks of damage and then lifesteal?

@talbottsands3560 not great means playable, and hes not even playable in 90% of matches. Champ is horrid. Katarina is not great rn too, but even she can play the game atleast. Yone has nothing to play for and no stage in the game where hes good unless enemy team feeds him for free.
