I'm also assuming that Hard Rock got similar favors and possibly contractual favors too much in the same way. It has been said that Hard Rock has not released their RTP numbers like other casinos in South Florida often does. Maybe its part of their contract not being required to release any data involving their casino's data on money returned to player through play activity. I heard the quiet Comment. " they are robbing people blind here " Your probably right. The Governors office could care less about anyone being robbed by their employer or place of business. Florida prides itself on a small operating budget, even allows theft and corruption to do so.
