Beautiful build :) Thanks for showing this. For black walnuts the mechanical advantage of your device is not great, about 20x by my estimate, but if you would raise the pivot of the breaking bar about half a nut in height, you could slide the nuts further right before crushing and increase it to 30x or even 40x..
