Great grandmother born 1890s Ireland. Needed her birth cert but unable to get one from Ireland. So since parents had verifiable residence in Chicago at time of birth, Chicago issued a birth certificate 14 years before death. What replacement records exist for the 1890s?

Is there a set of records for Antrim county Ireland for 1750-1800 ? Looking for grandmas great great grandfathers family that immigrated from Ireland. I know one of the immigrated in 1834 when he was 2years old. I believe lived in ballyboley , Antrim Ireland.

So many Sullivan's with the same names of the children in Kerry. How would you research if you don't have an address?

Impossible you couldn't throw a stone in Kerry, without hitting a Sullivan

My great grandparents surnames were Hone and they and my ancestors lived for centuries around the Oxfordshire and Warwickshire area and I was just wondering if this means they have any relation, whether distant or not with the Anglo-Irish Hone family who can trace their origins back to Samuel Hone from Marlborough. If anyone could help me I would greatly appreciate it.

I'd also like to know the same as Maree Croxton, what about early records?. The link that sent me to this said that people could leave questions here and they'd be answered, but Maree left hers here 2 months ago and STILL no reply. Please don't promise reply if you don't mean it!

How can I find a death for a Cromwellian Planter in the 1600's? He was still alive in 1687, can find no Will or Death for Capt. Thomas Bentley. Thomas is my 7th great grandfather. Thomas built his first home in Hurdlestown, his son John Bentley rebuilt the house from the foundations up, it is still standing and is named Hurdelstown House. Thomas originally had a home named Bentley's Castle in Kilmallock, no evidence of this remains, there is a Bentley Family vault in Kilseily
