@@libormacat8950 The first part of the first verse isn't live. I used to have a soundboard recording of this gig. I'm assuming something in RW's monitor went wrong because he clearly had no idea what key he was supposed to be singing in. He started flat, realized he had no music to tell him what notes to sing, and basically quietly mouthed a line up til "You could prop!..."
@@DJFLDJFL Well they did it probably after concert in post production in studio it's not playback Robbie definitely did live vocals through the whole song but in reality he couldn't hear himself in first verse and he was maybe a lot of out of tune in first verse so that's maybe why Robbie's management decided to repair first verse an add to it first verse from studio version I've never notice it before you are right

That's the universal sign to the sound man that something is wrong with the monitor. Also, when he has to start singing, all there is for him to go off is that one piano note at a time. If he's watching the crowd, not paying full attention, etc...it'd be hard to know where he's supposed to sing. Especially true if the piano is quiet in his monitor mix for that song...which it should be for most of it since it's not a very piano-y song.
