Hi is posibly create a scaling group, with one insrtance working with ami wordpress bitnami, and configure scale politices to increace instances to prevent down the website when have
Yes, you can use an ASG with a minimum and maximum of 1 instance and it will ensure there's always one instance of your application running. You can then use external storage for data such as S3 or EFS.

The user data is simply code supplied at system startup, I supply my students with all the code used in the videos
