Thank you from a 63 YO wanna be blues guitarist. Been playing and learning on my own all my life, but really needed a teacher. You've been a real inspiration to me and I can sure appreciate your skills. Thanks for doing these. Much love.
The first time I heard this highly talented and skilled player on the radio, I guessed I was listening to a female, because she would slide up into the high registers for emphasis so often, something males don't think of doing when playing fast and from the heart. . I honor that she is teaching the blues that she learned from others and is following that tradition of passing the skills on, although utilizing modern communication devices instead of just one on one. I hope to advance my skills enough to benefit from these lessons some day, and do her fine teaching justice .
Great lesson. Love the way that you teach guitar Joanna. I hope this is not cheeky but wish there was access to some basic tab. More for the progression of the song than anything else. Still very cool lesson though and much appreciated.
She's a Master class player & one of the best slide players around & seeing her at the Hagerstown Blues Fest she was playing her Les Paul like fire.
Not only are you a master guitarist, but you also have a gift for teaching, thanks a million for this great lesson!

She's awesome.
I love her agressive style on guitar.
Thanks Joanna! You just taught me some new licks and filled with tank with high octane inspiration.
