That camera mod should be added to the base game though it should be a upgrade or equipment that a person has to buy and hold (like a walkie-talkie) There’s should also be a medpack upgrade for the ship to heal with Maybe have a revive machine in the ship it can only be used once or once per person it would make getting ppls body’s back useful I’m just thinking of random things
It already has sleeping bunks in the game. Make people have to lay down and spend time to heal so that you have to balance time management with productivity vs healing.

Each moon should have exclusive creatures imo. The weather could spawn exclusive enemies as well. Just think of the rainy weather having an angler fish type enemy that uses corpses as its fin ray
Mimicing their voices could be diffitcult to implement, AI voices aren't that great. A silent teammate mimic could work or a static mimic that looks like exit door but kills you when you open it.

Not necessarily. It would be like upgrades to the company instead of the employees. Just on a new start you need to earn the money to use those new unlocks. It's basically roguelike vs roguelite.
