I think Drake Maye has a higher ceiling than Caleb Williams. And I'm not even a Pat's fan. If you give Maye the weapons that Caleb has, he has a way better season than Caleb.

So how would Maye look better than Caleb if you are essentially dumping him into an identical concept? Better weapons mean nothing if you are just going to clutter them up. Better pass protection means nothing if no one is open because they are stuffed into a third of the field. He is getting pretty much just ran over.

Its really hard to make a mock draft because everyone is usually different depending on the previous picks . Its better to try to figure out which team will definitely pick to the extent possible otherwise the mock draft is rather fantasy.

Courtland Sutton is better than any offensive skill position player on the Patriots, the Broncos also have at worst an above average offensive line whilst the Patriots have the worst in football.
