Nice colour, looks basically sound, just some rot and filler in outer panels , at least parts easy to get ,engine sounds nice , love the whine on first . With a tune up will be fun to drive.

Some joker may have just tried to paint over the rust to hide it so... you got your work cut out for you everywhere. Rust is like tooth decay... you want it all gone, everywhere.
Nah, punting it on is boring! Plus all the homework in the world won't help if you buy sight unseen. 🤣 Everything that needs to be structurally solid, is. The plan is to have some fun as is over the summer with maybe some welding on the wing + A-pillar first. Then dig into it deeper next winter.

That is the standard factory bonnet prop. It changed just after yours to the telescopic style.
