Amazing journey and so blessed and fortunate to have learnt and worked under BKS himself. Rita ji is so soft spoken, erudite , full of grace and humility.
Very insightful interview - thanks to Ramji for that.
Here’s hoping that more ppl ( men sply) take to yoga.
Experiencing the ambience, spirit and teaching of yoga in bellur would be an awesome one.
Thank you Ritaji for your dedication and passion in promoting yoga. 🙏🏼🙏🏼

Great conversation, one that helps know Guruji's holistic vision, share his knowledge through disciples, a open and transparent dialogue, on questions that raise in our heads - for me it was 'Why do more Women practice Yoga than men'? Where can get these books authored by Rita Keller ji, the ones that were mentioned in this conversation? Thanks for increasing our curiosity on knowing more about Yoga and Iyengar Yoga in particular

@@chithrak2000 Thank you Chitra. Her books are available on Amazon but are very expensive. You can buy them if you visit Bellur.
