Actually, Yinou was very admirble. His ego does not cloud his battle tactics. He sees Ye Zhao for her talents and does not discriminate against her sex, but rather admires her more for it. He seeks power and is ambitious, at the bottom of it is a dream of a prosperous country. He knows when to bow his head and swallow his pride despite being a prince that is more talented and cunning than the crown prince, and is a great general. I remember the scene where Yinou was drinking with Yujin and Yinou was saying how women are free to shoot and drink in his country while Yujin was saying rubbish like women should stay in the kitchen and obey their husbands. I hope in the next life enemies become lovers. ❤️
That was an ahole general. Those two guys retreating gives warning... he kills them, and then retreats himself. I wouldn't be surprised if someone threw a bag full of cobras in his bed at night.
I don't mind if a general is a girl but why are the basic military of tactics of the time completely ignored? If infantry is retreat thats the perfect time to run them down with Cavalry.
You have to watch the series, the general in green is great at ambushes. The general in blue is great at hit n run. She was also not at 100%, she wanted secure another area 1st anyway if I remember correctly.
