Well as per all I have read you should be able to and package will be sent through USPS and routed to you. You will however have to pay taxes for the item shipped in. That's what I experienced the time I tried.

Yes put your PO Box, names and phone then you will get a call from main post office private bag department when your mail comes

Well the physical box you have a key to your personal physical box.. on this virtual one you get a digital mail box. When you get a letter or parcel you get an email or sms notification that you have new item and said item gets delivered to the post office of your choice where you go and pick it up.

in uganda, Posta uganda is the only one offering post office services. there are a few other courier service providers that Cater more towards parcels as well. as for finding the nearest to you i think its best to give the guys at posta Uganda a call and they can advice on what is nearest to you. i was told this feature was to be integrated into their app and website i however dont know if they did so or if the information is up to date with all locations if they did implement it.
