One thing this channel is lacking is content which is understandable considering you have school and game development just takes a while. Think deeply about what you want for this channel. One recommendation, I would stay on the path of getting more entertaining content in the videos. I can tell you are trying to make each one a bit more entertaining than than the last. Last thing is just improvements in general youtube and video skills and ideas but don't worry you learn those as you go don't worry so much about subscribers either those come with time too.
