Just started watching you guys as I've just bought my first campervan, then I saw that you had been to Australia. Next time you're in Port Macquarie (Mackerey - LOL), you can camp at mine. Sorry you had crappy weather here, it's normally lovely and our winters are nothing like pommy ones - I emigrated a while ago now.

A belated welcome! Former Port Macquarie resident here (now in Vic) and I spend every winter in Port Stephens. I'm really glad you had a great time. Though I'm hoping that you did at least part of the Port Macq coastal walk, or at least a drive by...

We have an Ocean 6.1 here in Blighty but have been to Australia several times (non-vanning) as one of us is Australian. We hope to go back again soon to do a hired van trip over there so it was good to have a look at your journey and the campsites down some of the east coast. We may give Tasmania a try! Thanks for a great vid - as always.

It’s interesting seeing Oz from your perspective. Like any place to visit, invariably the best places are off the main highways but I can understand why you have stayed at the main towns.

Well, we're desperate to go back so do feel free to suggest some of the best places to visit !

Is there such a thing as ‘ happily terrified’ ? 😂

Another fantastic AU's vlog. I love your gift shop haul. Sarah. We went to the Blue Mountains several times when we stayed in Sydney in 2000, the walking was amazing. We also stayed in a lovely B and B in Katoomba. I think the Scenic World has been developed more since we were there. The campsites don't seem to have dogs? I would have braved the swimming pool, heating, or not, it looked so tempting. Thank you for sharing. It all looked amazing. Xxx

Great vid thank you. I was wondering how ‘set up’ Australia was for campers for when I go back to see family next 👍

Not a criticism, just wanting to be helpful - the pronunciation, for future ref. of Macquarie is: ma-quarry (as in the place where they blast rocks). Great video of your travels - good to see some Aussie campsites!

Thank you - yes we did manage to get it lodged in our heads properly before we left, but not well enough to pronounce it in the videos!!
