As a table bender/automatic bender in faster pace environment, I use left over scraps and "waste" a bar figuring out the right angle

Same but usually only for radius or more complex bending like galloping trusts. All other shapes are pretty much memorized and easily done the first time if checked properly while manually setting up.

I have been using X = (Roller Radius + Bar Diameter) - Required Leg Length. Seems to work also

I got taught a bit different but works the same. Diameter plus pot size would be take off for 90° then measure from front of pot instead of center.

hello sir, do you know what is the minimum size of a rebar bending pin need to bend a 22mm rebar? ive been try to find a table but i cant find one.

4 in pot is standard for #6 bar

All you need to do is the bar width behind the pin then out to your desired leg length for a forward bend no math required

I use a different formula, would only minus 3, bend on 9, and get the same result faster.
