They may or may not avoid as it coworkers, but in the end when people really catch feelings that'll win out. If you're being practical like, "oh but we probably shouldn't do that" then yeah it's probably not enough of a spark to be worth the risk of the drama, but when there's a real thing between two people, it's kinda foolish to try fighting it

That literally happened with my best friend where, after a lot of prayer, he gave a marriage proposal to someone in his fellowship. She was obviously shocked, but then she went home and prayed about it. After a week of praying about it, she said yes to his marriage proposal. (Today, they have 2 daughters and are still going strong after 9 years of marriage, 1 year of being engaged, and absolutely 0 years of dating.)
