These things are major things that one, especially of medical staff, really needs to practise and get used to it. Diagnostic measures aren't as simple as they seem to be. Strep Scoring someone does not give the definitive answer for what the diagnosis would truly be. And someone indeed is prone to fall into their own "cognitive-bias", neglecting any base-rate, boosting off their confidence with a ratio that doesn't even exist. Good job indeed.
