I got back into PUBG again after your last couple videos, man the gunfights in this game feel so good. Even when I die I'm never mad, it's one of the few games where I can clearly tell I've been outplayed when I go down.

Its very hard for game devs to detect this kind of memory reading. its typically used for things like radar or esp. Most cheating is done using software. not hardware. clearly the guy was delusional. DMA screamers are insanely expensive and are typically used as lab/edge cases for debugging. you typically have to write your own software, or "drivers" for them to work how cheaters use them.
