Some of my all-time all-time all-time all-time all-time all-time all-time favorite actresses and actors in this Paul Reiser Helen hunt everyone on the show was awesome great so talented and whoever comes up with these shows geniusI cannot say enough loves for the show I have like three or four copies of each episode I love this show cannot cannot say enough loves
I had never seen "The Dick Van Dyke Show" before I saw this episode, so I never really got the references until now. Alan Brady, the way Jamie was crying like Mary Tyler Moore, Paul jumping over the ottoman - all these touches and some I probably missed really add to this scene now for me.
Amazing coincidence, the actor who enters in the middle of the scene is George Petrie. He was a regular on “The Honeymooners” classic 39 among many other things.
I'm sure there were and still are a lot of hosts even more demanding, ill-tempered, and egomaniacal than Alan Brady ever was off screen. He regularly verbally abused Mel for no apparent reason, except maybe for stress relief.
Oh how cute! I'm glad to see Alan Brady kept wearing his toupees...
This was a wonderful bit for old DVD show fans.
This is SUCH a Laura Petrie moment🤣🤣🤣
That was the point
Het crying sounds like Laura Petrie. Perfect! 😂😂
Absolutely perfect!!!

"Keep the pineapple."
Just an observation...the fork falls off the plate at the very end of the scene and both actors ignore it. Good job!
Nice apt.
