Crispness comes because of suji, and reason of using vanaspati and desi ghee is because after frying bhature , oiliness in bhature is less in ghee and vanaspati as compare to refined oil . Wese desi ghee ka alag he aroma hota hai . Reason i know this is because I am a restaurent owner and cooking is my passion. 🤗

So after analysing ur video... I'm happy if someone effort that much in pandemic but....shop ki condition is not good , plus ur basic is so poor like u talking about crispy and oil and ghee. Suji is the reason for crispy. Also if someone's family work with celebrity, president, ministers etc etc. still they are in bad condition I'm shocked. Well food is my passion I worked with some great chef so I know there charges although organization charges for any events etc. 👍
But still try krte hai kbhi aake✌️❣️ hope jo video me hai wo true ho...and agar ye sab sach hai than inko ek high platform milna imp hai asap.
Bahut gandi,unheginic or conjusted place hai.app pahunch bhi gaye to kha nahi sakoge.or isi shop par nahi pure sadar bazar main he ye haal hai.please yaha food avoid kare.ghar ka food he better hai.
After working for generation after one generation they are still in Sadar Bazar, its shocked to every one. If you think about hygiene so better don't go for street food. I strictly avoid and always advise to eat at home. All the infections, viruses and diseases you catch there.
Ok ...but street food taste is something else.....bt still I kept hygiene on top of anything. That's why I choose wisely.

Agar vo 1 bar sabko extra chola aise hi dene lage to Public ki adat bigad jayengi aur Kuch logo ko agar sabzi jyada bodkar khane ki adat hoti hain to uski vajah se dukandar apna nuksan to nahi karenge.
