You're really pretty 🥰 Anyway.. serious question.. what if i essentially have nothing to lose in the scope of what they can take away, and i deliberately WANT to infringe on copyrights and trademarks etc. ? some of us would like to exercise our power we actually possess not in spite of our poverty ut because of it to show corporations how much we appreciate them for all they do for the impoverished such as myself. its a part of an art concept and project. you maybe could release a video about "here's what NOT to do" so it still provides legitimate context to your user base. Thanks.
Up here in Canada, back in 1980 a pub opened called Funky Winker Bean’s (just like the comic strip). Apparently the owners of the pub were unaware of trademark infringement until the Funky cartoonist’s legal counsel warned them they would face litigation unless they changed the name of the pub. They did.
The world is so extreme these days. You pretty much can’t avoid something happening to you inevitably. The bigger your business gets, the more problems occur. Mo money Mo problems
Hi , I have issue. One company report my Instagram and facebook and they deleted my both accounts. I read information about patent infringement but mine product is different compare they products.Understand if i have same exactly the same product then they can do like that .But now they just want shut down my business. I will contact with lawyers about this. Can i get any advise? what i can do ?

Question: if you cease and desist say Ministry of Transport to TELL them about your tm and class, once they KNOW about the tm and you can prove that they know, and they STILL use the tm on another class thats not your class and you get something in the mail that has Name of Company thats Benefiting they use your tm to benefit with a dollar fig to pay to the company is this an tm infringment hypothetically?

Hi Marcela, what is the best approach if a big brand such as H&M uses an almost identical trademarked word on products that your company sells and ownes the trademark for?
So I was looking over the Tess data base to make sure the business name I chose was not taken and noticed that a similar name to mine had been used multiple times through different company’s but they still were all trademarked. Is it really possible to have the exact same name and still get trademark rights? I was always under the impression that wasn’t possible.
Could someone apply a iconic logo on per say a Cornhole board at a craft fair or online. Same logo, dissimilar products? This is the confusion I have. I see this all the time and always wondered.

Or you can just take actions as they demanded, and ignore the letter, because I don't want easily put my signature anywhere. Two is : If a company says my trade mark is similar to theirs , do they have right to ask me to cancel all mine company name anywhere even in the chamber of commerce. I am trying to find out I’d I took a picture of a car, airplane or a building for instance and their logo is on it if it’s against the law to draw or paint that picture exactly. Second question what if the picture is of a business no longer exists like it was swallowed up in a merger?
If you are not selling the painting you are fine. If the trademark is no longer used or registered which sounds likely in your second question, there is likely no infringement

Trademark and copyright are different from eachother. You can have trademark and or copyright infringement
