A lot of positives here, with just a few nit picks. But you need the right client, a multi family house is not going to appeal to everyone. And why do such a nice job rehabbing a house and then cut corners by putting wire racks in all the closets, including the master? By the way the open setting room (formal living area) in the front is a nice touch.
My favorite so far may God blesses you for showing us such a beautiful house.

I love all the lighting choices in this house. I love the size of the Master Suite closet however, I despise those white, plastic-looking hanging racks. Nothing about those racks says "luxury", but I still like the house VERY much and I appreciate you showing it to us.

Nice home but Doesn’t cut for a 2 M…
This house been sitting for a long time. I remember this house off another channel. It’s been at least 1 year and a half.
Looks like something where construction started, then buyers pulled out, then new people wanted a different direction in decor- they chose their light fixtures, then their restaurant went belly up. There’s possibilities if you remove that monstrous two story porch-let off the front, then hire a design professional (professional - not an influencer) to fix the details. The wall of the house next to it looks like a highway sound shield barrier. It’ll sit for a while until the price drops big or they redo the lighting.

The wide angle on the camera is making it hard to enjoy, I have vertigo. I love this home and the chandeliers just thinking for almost 2 million it's too close to the other homes next door.

I agree there are so many nice features except for those awful wire racks. 2mil ? (No Wire Racks! In the voice of Joan Crawford) 😂 too many old movies with my Mom 🤷♂️
For the price this house should say home instead it says fix me up it looks good but there's to much to do
750k should be the asking price. Nice but not worth 1.9M
