      Yes! This is detailed more in the Mindset Reset, but here is the breakdown:
      C - Circumstance (should be a neutral, provable fact)
      T - Thought (your thoughts about the circumstance)
      F - Feelings (the actually sensation in your body, usually one word)
      A - Action (the outward action you took, or didn't take)
      R - Result (what happened as a result of your action)
