You have to react super quick and be very accurate. She has the knowledge to disarm but doesnt mean she has the execution to do it in real life scenario. Always try to avoid a situation no matter how trained. Plus 4 months training is still training but need more practice in pressure intense scenarios. Not trying to be negative or anything just being real.
As a veteran of the Israeli army, I’m gonna let you in on a little secret: Krav Maga’s not that effective lol. It’s effective in VERY specific situations, or if you have something like a jammed or empty rifle on you, but fights on the street rarely go down in a predictable manner, so I wouldn’t rely on it 😀.

You have to react super quick and be very accurate. She has the knowledge to disarm but doesnt mean she has the execution to do it in real life scenario. Always try to avoid a situation no matter how trained. Plus 4 months training is still training but need more practice in pressure intense scenarios. Not trying to be negative or anything just being real.

As a veteran of the Israeli army, I’m gonna let you in on a little secret: Krav Maga’s not that effective lol. It’s effective in VERY specific situations, or if you have something like a jammed or empty rifle on you, but fights on the street rarely go down in a predictable manner, so I wouldn’t rely on it 😀.

So hey I’m from Israel and I’m training in Krav Maga and I can surely tell you it’s self defence not killing someone and it’s full of competitions and tests so it’s like karate but for your safety and yes high level belts do learn about dodging bullets and knives and it’s for all ages also it’s not that intense if you train almost daily
