This happened to me with the deck. I gave ZERO craps about visas until the lore started looking spicy with Duelist Nexus, and then I saw the brain dead hot red lock not even being “the best play” and was all in 😂 planets and visas lore ftw
He’d never admit it, but he didn’t come in 4th because the deck is that good. He topped because he practiced a ton for this format and came prepared. I remember hearing Jesse & Pak mention they weren’t super motivated to practice for this format and it showed. Hard work pays off.

If everyone is siding or maining for mannadium, it can be blown out, leading to the “tier 2 argument”. But if you are winning the dice roll with this deck, your opponent is getting deleted, almost certainly. I think mannadium players have solved the deck going second also. It was thought to be weak, when it just leans on the side deck more than some archetypes for that.
Bro banishing astraloud to put it back with dis later is actually so heads up! I always felt like I needed a third for the follow up otk but that play completely fixes that issue

I held my hands up the whole last 10 minutes of top 16, giving trif my energy. Was getting worried seeing that guy combo off for a hot minute. Slowly watching his board fall apart every time the camera went by, i knew i could put them down when i saw trif get to accesscode and fusion. It was disgusting. Good job Trif!

Go first: add Thrust, DBarrier, and Reframing, remove E Con, Droplet, and that Veda card. The strategy is to set D barrier (or similar card that can end your opponent turn instantly) via Thrust in case your turn got skipped with Droll. Go second: Side in cards based on opponent deck (Evenly for Rescue ACE and Lab, Herald of the Abyss for Purelly, Pankratops for stun deck), side out that Veda card.
