This is probably one of the only times I was bummed out on her playthrough and reactions to a game, especially towards the end. This game got most of the player base and me tearful and emotional for sure and the devs made it intentional that they wanted to capture the corniness of an American high school's lingo and way of life. LIS is such a beautiful game and definitely the kind of game that should have been played when she was younger, music on and without being distracted by a live chat and speedrunning through segments and decisions as it really helps to connect with the characters/world while making it seem less awkward. But hey atleast the Rave part with the ncs party music and chat and her little roasts on certain aspects of the game was funny af tho not gonna lie

@@_smth2650 so basically rachel REALLY hated arcadia bay and wanted to do whatever she could to get out. she’s a really manipulative person who friended chloe because she needed company. her real goal was to go to los angeles and become a famous model, so she found people who could help her achieve that goal. frank was for drugs to get high and forget about arcadia bay, i think frank could also give her money so she could bail and leave him which is why rachel pretended to like frank, then she also slept with mr jefferson because he’s a famous photographer and could take pictures of her to help her reach her fame, but in the end, rachel ended up dying because she tried to manipulate mr jefferson by pretending to be innocent and that made mr jefferson mad and he had to kill her because she knew too much about jefferson, nathan, and the dark room, and jefferson actually manipulated her before she could do anything I also forgot to mention one thing: rachel likes theater and is a good actress and people theorized that she pretends to like what everyone is interested in so she can use them and befriend them. tldr: rachel is a manipulative teenage girl who hates arcadia bay, so she tries to use people around her to get what she wants and to become a model, but she ended up snooping too much and ended up dying because of her own selfish desires p.s: i’m bad at explaining
