Ageism is shameful. I am saddened to hear that there were negative comments about that beautiful trainer. As a woman in her 50s who gets told all the time that I look much younger and "you look good for your age", I proudly say, no, I just look good. Getting older is something that will happen to us all and I embrace my wisdom and healthy habits and I love to share with younger women what natural remedies I am doing for my skin and how exercise can change your life.
Tisha knew what the scene was about. She can dish it, but she can't take it! She did not want to participate in that
