    Am watching your channel from Uganda and I must say your video quite educative, inspiring and entertaining as well! Keep up the good job as some plan to venture into Hass Avocado farming as well.

    What a nice video! I like the way you produce your videos. I have just planted Hass avocados this season and have no experience on what to do. I have just learned that your farm is not very far from mine. I did not know this before. I would really appreciate assistance going forward so that I do not make common mistakes due to my lack of experience. Kindly give me any advice. My trees are about 2 weeks old since I planted. God has been gracious because it has been raining since the first day to date. All trees have lived so far

    Hi there your avocados look great and very big for a two year old so I was wondering did you guys buy it from the nursery of Kakuzi when it was freshly Grafted or did it stay in the nursery for six months or one year?
    Thanks

    • @254YoungWildandFree
      @254YoungWildandFree  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hello,
      I'm not sure about how long it had stayed in the nursery but that's not a reason for the fast growth. Proper feeding, hot climate and proper irrigation are the major contributions for the fast growth.

    We appreciate your sharing about avocado farming. I harvested my annual harvest in august, applied lime and goat manure end of September. The trees had flowered but all of the trees aborted. There are no flowers currently. What do you think might have caused the abortion? Lack of pollinators?

    • @254YoungWildandFree
      @254YoungWildandFree  10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      hello... flowers are shed due to lack of boron... You're supposed to spray boron before the flowers bloom... when they are just buds. Zinc, potassium, and calcium are very important for fruit development, and increasing it's shelf life. These nutrients are available as foliar sprays in your local agrovets. Look for foliars with calcium, foliars with potassium and foliars with zinc. Thank you 😊
