This vlog took us to different kind of emotions! From food, travel, life, family, distance, and above all love. What hits the most is 22:53 - « you cant have everything in life… do what makes you happy » from that moment, I bawled my eyes out because both of your journey is not easy to take and as you go along with this chapter, we’re lucky to witness true and authentic love which is harder to find these days.

Hi to you both! I’m SO happy that you both are reunited for good together. You both have the similar story then Danny (my husband) and I. Ok… where to start? :)
Danny and I met nearly 7 years ago back in Shenzhen, China where I resided nearly 6 years. Danny and I were together nearly 3 years when COVID hit in December 2019/January 2020. Unfortunately, I lost my dream job/career in China cause of COVID and I had to prepare my return to Canada (after 6 years leaving in China).
I moved back (by obligation of COVID situation) in June 2020 to Canada leaving Danny behind in Shenzhen.
We were 2 years and 1 month separated by distance (China/Canada). It was so difficult but we made it work. Finally, Danny arrived on July 2022 in Canada after a long process of common law and emigration paperwork.
We got married in August (2023) last year.
At the end of your vlog, when was the big day to picking up your partner at the LAX airport, I lost it, crying and reliving when we went through Danny and I. I’m so happy for you both, and I know how much you both went through.
