Hi, my question is "Which is the best one for Rug on Rug?" I have a Savannah rug made of polyurethane I think, some type, Not cotton anyway "What would you recommend?"
My issue is my downstairs neighbor can hear walk around the my studio and apartment and I need to find carpeting and sound proof padding so he doesn't hear me I have a dog and cat and it I and them wake him up late night so I need to sound proof my floor to keep him form complaints
@@manny2door yes in the areas that were not properly insulated under floor boards by remodeling contractors I did this I used the material that u put on hard wood floor it sound proofing noise reduction kind u have in gyms so weight hitting the floor does make a lot of sound then on top of that I put another layer sound proof material that dispersed sound away and I also applied it around the seems of my Door and frame and put sound proofing on my main walls facing hallway amd repainted over then so now if I played drums the noise is so low u can't really hear it

I talked to a guy who installed sound proofing flooring and padding for gyms and private companies he sound proofed my areas of my house especially where sound travels out into the main hall of condo complex and did the flooring so my neighbor can't hear even if I was clogging he could hear
