You guys have finally given me the confidence to get a tattoo,and guess what I wanted a semi colon too.
I also have suffered bad with anxiety and depression for years, i have never taken any anti depressant but what helped me a lot was Ashwagandha, yoga and mediation, i know how often mental illness is ignored in India, anyone reading this don't lose hope it gets better and better, you will get out of this.
