You can get some of the best possible cultivable land within 60 kms of Islamabad, not more than 3kms from some main town bazaar with mattled road car access for 300000 a kanal. Inacessible but jeepable lands are available within 20kms of Islamabad for 200000-300000. Almost same beautiful productive environment like beautiful Hazara. Anyways, good area and nice presentation.
