The odometer on my 2024 Envista perferred with the 17" wheels just turned over 6k this weekend, I've had it since August. I have been very pleasantly surprised with this car and the all around B++ mark it's earned from me. I drive 90/10 city-suburban/hwy driving and I'm averaging 30mpg spot on, and that includes warming up the car in the morning for 2-3 minutes since the weather turned cold where I live, since I baby a new engine and especially a turbo. The Envista has a terrific ride and is as quite as my buddies Lexus UX hybrid and it costs 10k less. And the one road trip I took we had four 6' guys in the car and everyone had enough legroom, during that 300 mile roadtrip I averaged 38mpg doing 55-75 on the highway and on country roads. one tip, I removed the hard cargo cover and put it in the garage and bought a black beach blanket to cover my gear, and I can fit a ton of stuff in the cargo area now, as much as my gf's 2023 HRV. The asian model of this Buick is based on a CUV called the Seeker that is sold in China which has gotten very good reviews since it was released in 2022. All in all the Envista is the best bang for your buck in a new car you can get right now. And btw I spent 10 years in the car business, and I know alittle bit about cars at this point, and I'd buy this one again, no buyers remorse here!
I had a feeling that the Buick would get better miles per gallon, simply because of the exterior styling and aerial dynamics. I never was a Buick fan but I love the design of the Envista as a daily commuter. Little thing is sleek.
I purchased my Buick back in August. Just hit 5000 miles. My Buick is not getting but 390 miles to the full tank max. Are you getting that type of fuel range every time you fill up?
I think it looks expensive with a metallic paint job . I'm just not a big fan of turbos , many years ago I had a Beetle with a turbo engine that I sunk thousands into 😢. I would def lease one though.
Looks like pretty much all the GM vehicles over estimate their fuel mileage by about 1 to 3 mpg as i've seen this on other vehicle videos also. Not terrible bad at estimating but interesting they always over estimate the mileage and never under estimate. LOL 👍
Wheel & tire size, equipment, elevation, and driver behavior play a roll of a vehicle's fuel economy. The Envista Preferred beats the Trax Activ due to its wheel size (16in vs. 17in).
Oh you did the fuel test on it finally THANK YOU!
You’re welcome :)

I actually was thinking the same thing myself, that pretty Buick probably is more aerodynamic
If you drive a Buick Envista, let me know what fuel economy you’re getting!
How does in perform on E85?
Anyone else notice trip 2 (same as odometer) would change to the next number before the odometer? They’re both the same mileage

Honestly this isn’t my car, I just had it three days to review it so I can’t say for sure

Volkswagen are temperamental piles of garbage
A 2.5L Forester gets the same mpg at that speed ))))

Most cars I’ve tested read high, not just a GM thing
🚘 Not to mention VW even intentionally fudged their EPA numbers and got sued for it.
This doesn't match what other people. Have read several posts on mpg 25

I don't believe those numbers cargurus say 20 city 24 hwy 😂
