Blow mode is not that what you think. This mode is enabled to run fan for few minutes after the ac switch off to remove the moisture from indoor ac unit.

Fan is just like fan, air will blow. Nothing related to cooling.
AC is always constant. It will make to get down your room temperature.
Turbo mode gives your instant cooling.
