He can end but it’s like overstaying to kill nexus while baron is up. No need to overextend when the game is won and only way to lose is that kind of throw. A smart enemy will force you to fight to end game by deathballing and preventing picks when their inhibs are down

Its quite the opposite to what you’re saying. The best time to push is when baron is up, given that the enemy team must contest or just lose. Splitpushing in this situation forces a split map decision from the enemy team, a lose lose.
A lot of chinese super server player climbed grandmaster and above in KR in the past. So they don't usually play it anymore. From Grandmaster down to Iron, not much different between Korean and Chinese Super Server, but the Chinese Server with lower ping gives them the best they want.
