We’ve watched you slogging through muskeg and deep spring snow, bushwhacking through dense bush, living with our unrelenting black flies and running fearful whitewater. I hope you someday put out a book about your epic journeys with lots of pics included. You should go down in history as one of our paddling legends. We can’t thank you enough for all the effort you put into documenting your trips and sharing them with us. We enjoy them immensely 😊❤️

Beautiful trip, but it confirms why I try to avoid black flies. Brian nearing 76

Your video are awesome! Wish some of them were a bit longer but still amazing.

Thanks Joe!! I'm trying to ensure future edits are longer. Some of the weekend excursions are hard to elongate, but I've been attempting to film more. There should be mainly medium (10-25mins) and a few long (>30-60mins) videos going live in the future 😁 It means more time in the edit bay, but that's half the fun!!

Yup! Sure can! I added it to the credits in the latest, but I plan on going back through all the videos and adding it to at least the description.

Great videography, but not what you describe as an "unknown and undocumented stretch of river". Haliburton Forest Reserve roads flank both sides of the this river from Kawagama to almost Cross Corner Lake. Certainly this "stretch" is known and as to "undocumented"; Jeff's Algonquin map shows all of the rapids and even names the prominent ones. Outstanding accomplishment nonetheless.

PegasusBridge we supplied Jeff with all the info. Those names are unofficially named by our crew. The river has been run, but documentation of the descent was absent prior to our trip. this is what we meant.

Most excellent trip Brad, every time I watch your wonderful canoe camping vids I want to sell my property in Georgia usa and move up to Ontario. The only thing that keeps me away is the long cold winters. If eco terrorist, racist trump the wins again may have a new neighbor.

Ahh, the winters vary up here. The South, where I grew up was mild but periodically snowy. It's getting warmer by the year but still not as mild as Georgia! I'm up in the Boreal North now and it's downright frigid. We have snow from mid-Oct until May and temps dip below -50C with the windchill. Plenty of variety in climate, weather and scenery up here!

Another dude says he’ll depart the USA if Trump is president. But... they never do go. Sad. Those of us who did vote for him won’t miss ya bud.
