Hey chibi if your wondering why you sometimes don't get your refunded super energy it's because your in transcendence. For some reason the refund exotics don't work if your in transcendence
Neat build, man; I’d suggest investing your stats into something other than intellect, there’s little difference to the time in-between 100 to 10 INT for the roaming supers, the gain from simply clearing enemies or doing damage is negligible and could probably be diverted for better use

1:10 uses tons of melee mods but doesn’t pick the 1 artifact perk that makes all melee mods cost only 1 energy. Seems right. 😂
